Tailor my CV for this job — freeWe're Hiring: Pastry Chef – Chef de Partie (CDP) | JeddahAyadi, the premium catering brand by Infuse Advisory, is growing, and we are looking for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to lead our pastry section and create desserts that leave a lasting impression at every event we serve.What you will do:Run the pastry section independently, from preparation through to final platingProduce high-quality desserts, viennoiserie, breads, cakes and plated desserts for buffets, corporate events and private occasionsDevelop new recipes and seasonal menus in line with premium catering standardsMaintain consistency in taste, presentation and portion control at scaleManage stock, ordering and cost control for the pastry sectionTrain and supervise commis and junior pastry staffApply strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)What we are looking for:Minimum 3–5 years of pastry experience, with at least 1–2 years as CDP or Demi Chef de PartieBackground in luxury hotels, premium catering or high-end restaurantsStrong skills in French pastry, chocolate work, sugar work and modern plated dessertsExperience producing high volumes for events without compromising qualityCulinary or pastry qualification from a recognised institutionValid food safety / HACCP certificationCreativity, attention to detail and a passion for presentationAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and event daysArabic and English communicationSaudi nationals are preferred.
