We're hiring on behalf of Keto Kartel Bakery, a high-end artisan bakery in Dubai making cakes, breads, creams and chocolates that are 100% gluten-free and sugar-free. Think indulgence, minus the guilt.The role You're the face of the counter. Guests come in curious ("How can a chocolate cake be keto?"), and you send them out converted. You'll:Welcome guests and guide them through the range with real product knowledgeKeep the pastry display looking irresistibleTake orders and handle payments quickly and accuratelyUphold top standards of hygiene and food safetyHelp with stock checks, share customer feedback with the kitchen, and support basic sales reportingYou'll fit right in if you haveExperience in bakery, café, restaurant or retail salesA genuine interest in keto, gluten-free and sugar-free food (or a quick appetite for learning it)Confidence with cash handling and POS systemsFluent English; other languages are a plusA team-first attitude and flexibility for shifts, weekends and holidaysFull-time, on-site in Dubai.
