Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Pathologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnostic pathology, laboratory medicine, and the interpretation of clinical specimens to support accurate diagnosis and patient management.Key ResponsibilitiesExamine and interpret tissue, blood, fluid, and other clinical specimensPerform and report histopathology and cytopathology investigations, as applicableProvide accurate and timely diagnostic reports to support clinical decision-makingInterpret pathology findings in correlation with clinical history and other investigationsPerform or supervise special stains, immunohistochemistry, and other diagnostic techniques where appropriateCollaborate with clinicians, surgeons, oncologists, and laboratory teamsEnsure accuracy, quality, and consistency in diagnostic reportingParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings and tumor boards when requiredMaintain accurate pathology records and documentationContribute to laboratory quality assurance and continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB/FCPS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in PathologyMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredStrong experience in diagnostic pathology and laboratory medicineKnowledge of histopathology, cytopathology, and relevant diagnostic techniquesExcellent analytical, diagnostic, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare teamBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
