We are looking for an MBBS-qualified Health Advocate with prior experience in Stem Cell therapy, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, or a closely related clinical field.MBBS is mandatory, with a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant post-MBBS professional experience.This role combines initial patient consultation, care coordination, CRM management, lead conversion, business development, and sales closure through consistent follow-up, while ensuring a professional, ethical, and patient-focused experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial consultations with international patients to understand their medical condition, treatment history, previous procedures, current concerns, and expectations.Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and the clinical team throughout the patient journey.Manage patient cases from the first inquiry and medical review through treatment confirmation, scheduling, coordination, and post-treatment follow-up.Collect, review, and organize medical reports, scans, lab results, and other documents required for clinical assessment.Qualify leads, update CRM records, and ensure timely and consistent follow-up.Clearly explain the patient journey, clinical review process, next steps, treatment pathway, and logistical requirements.Support lead conversion and sales closure through proper consultation, relationship building, and regular follow-up.Identify opportunities for patient referrals, partnerships, patient acquisition, and business growth.Maintain a high standard of patient communication, confidentiality, professionalism, and continuity of care.Preferred ProfileStrong understanding of regenerative medicine, stem cell therapies, orthobiologics, orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal care.Previous experience in international patient coordination, regenerative medicine, healthcare sales, medical tourism, patient advisory services, or healthcare business development is highly desirable.Strong communication, relationship management, CRM, negotiation, consultation, and conversion skills.Ability to understand medical reports and communicate clinical information to patients in a clear, responsible, and patient-friendly manner.Organized, proactive, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and highly patient-centric.Comfortable managing international patients across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.Qualifications & ExperienceMBBS degree is mandatory.Minimum 2–3 years of relevant post-MBBS experience in stem cell therapy, orthobiologics, regenerative medicine, or a closely related clinical field.
