Patient Aide / Nurse Assistant

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Patient Aides to join our Nursing team across Long-Term Care (LTC) and Pediatric services.

Key Responsibilities

Must be able to complete all entries in the medical record within the timeframes and sequence as applicable to the chronological history and relevance of the information. Documents procedures and results of any radiologic studies, laboratory tests and the patient’s story through the physician’s interaction under their care. Support patients with activities of daily living and personal care.Assist nursing staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment.Provide compassionate support to patients and families.Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control standards.Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team.Requirement:Experience as a Patient Aide, Healthcare Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or similar role is required.Experience in LTC and Pediatric care is an advantage.Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.
