If you are passionate about patient care, communication, and creating a positive healthcare experience, we would love to hear from you.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned patients throughout their fertility treatment journey.Welcome new patients, obtain relevant medical history, provide clinic orientation, and explain the treatment journey and next steps.Provide treatment counselling and patient education in line with SOPs and physician recommendations.Explain pre- and post-procedure instructions and ensure appropriate follow-up.Coordinate investigations, procedures, appointments, and treatment milestones with the multidisciplinary team.Conduct timely confirmation and follow-up calls, including trigger, procedure, post-procedure, PGT, pregnancy, and delivery outcome follow-ups.Maintain clear communication with patients, provide reassurance and emotional support, and escalate clinical or service concerns when required.Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the EMR/VRepro system.Support patient experience improvement initiatives and ensure continuity of care.Maintain patient confidentiality, professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and dignity at all times.Comply with clinic SOPs, policies, regulatory requirements, and patient-experience standards.🎓 RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Medical, Healthcare, or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, or patient-care environment.Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
