- Manage inbound and outbound patient calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Respond to patient questions and provide accurate information about our services and programs
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
- Follow up with patients and support them throughout their journey
- Handle patient concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure smooth patient care and communication
- Accurately document patient interactions and updates in our systems
- Follow established protocols, service standards, and patient care procedures
- Escalate complex cases or concerns to the appropriate team when needed
- Meet service quality and performance targets
- Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and contact center processesWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities
- Previous healthcare, customer service, or call center experience is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Professional, proactive, and patient-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
