Team members contribute to impactful solutions that benefit both healthcare providers and the patients they serve.The RoleYou will be the central point of contact and coordination for doctors and patients throughout their precision-testing journey.When a doctor requests a test, you take ownership of the case – guiding the doctor and patient while coordinating the entire process from initial request through specimen collection, laboratory testing and reporting, as well as ongoing sequential testing where required. From beginning to end, you own the process, coordinate everyone involved and ensure the patient's testing keeps moving.
Key Responsibilities
Guide doctors and patients through the entire precision-testing pathway.Coordinate all documentation, consent and testing requirements.Liaise with pathology laboratories to locate, prepare and ship tumour tissue.Coordinate blood collections, phlebotomists, couriers and specimen logistics.Create, manage and actively monitor cases through laboratory portals.Keep doctors and patients proactively informed, resolving or appropriately escalating issues and delays.Manage testing through to reporting and proactively coordinate future sequential testing where required.Key Skills Required:Exceptionally organised
