From convenient direct billing to a thoughtfully designed patient experience, every aspect of our clinic is focused on making dental care comfortable, accessible, and personalized.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Concierge | Patient Experience Specialist at By The Lake Dental in Ajax, ON.The Patient Concierge plays an important role in shaping the patient experience at our practice. As one of the first points of contact for patients, this role helps ensure every interaction is welcoming, organized, and professional.Responsibilities include coordinating patient scheduling, managing front-office communications, assisting with patient inquiries, and supporting daily administrative operations. Working closely with our clinical team, the Patient Concierge helps create a smooth and positive experience for patients throughout their visit.QualificationsExperience working in a dental office environment is strongly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team membersExperience with appointment scheduling and front-office coordinationProven customer service experience, with a focus on patient care and professionalismStrong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with dental terminology and proceduresExperience with Oryx or similar dental office software is an assetPosition DetailsFull-time position (up to 40 hours per week)Permanent roleMust be available to work two Saturdays per monthOn-site position located in Ajax, ONCompensationHourly Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experienceEligibility for an annual performance-based bonus opportunityAt By The Lake Dental, we believe in rewarding the value our team members bring to the patient experience.
