🚨 WE’RE HIRING – PATIENT COORDINATOR | MANCHESTER 🚨📍 Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester🕒 Full-Time | PermanentMagic Smile Turkey is expanding! 🇬🇧🇹🇷We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic and people-focused Patient Coordinator to join our growing team at our new Manchester office in the heart of Piccadilly Gardens.If you’re great with people, enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.🦷 What you’ll be doing:• Speaking with prospective patients by phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face• Arranging and confirming consultations• Welcoming patients into our Manchester office• Explaining treatment plans and answering questions• Building strong relationships and helping patients feel confident• Following up with enquiries and maintaining CRM records• Working closely with our Antalya clinic and UK aftercare team⭐ What we’re looking for:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Friendly, confident and professional personality• Sales or customer service experience preferred• Strong relationship-building skills• Good organisational and computer skills• CRM experience is an advantage• Positive, motivated and driven attitude• Genuine passion for helping people🕘 Working hours:Rotating shifts:9:00am–5:00pm12:00pm–8:00pmYou’ll also work two weekends per month. Some weekend events may take place elsewhere in the UK, so flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required is essential.
