The ideal candidate will have strong experience in patient coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a seamless experience for patients throughout their journey with the clinic.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete patient journey, from initial inquiries and appointment scheduling to treatment follow-upsWelcome patients and provide professional, attentive, and personalized assistance throughout their clinic experienceCoordinate appointments and treatment schedules with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other clinic staffHandle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person communicationExplain available treatments, packages, appointments, and clinic services clearly and professionallyMaintain accurate patient information, appointment records, and follow-up schedulesBuild strong relationships with patients and support patient satisfaction, retention, and overall service qualityRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsFemale candidates below 40 years old preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in clinic patient coordination or a similar patient-facing roleFluency in Arabic and English is required; Farsi is an advantagePrevious experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic, or premium healthcare clinic is highly preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling skillsProfessional appearance with a strong customer-service and patient-focused approachStrong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced clinic environmentUAE clinic experience is highly preferredBenefitsSalary + Benefits
