Daily tasks include greeting patients, handling receptionist duties, answering phone calls, and managing appointment scheduling with accuracy and professionalism. The role involves collecting and updating patient information, coordinating with clinical staff, and helping patients understand procedures and next steps using appropriate medical terminology. The Patient Coordinator also assists with inquiries, manages follow-up reminders, and supports administrative processes to maintain efficient front-desk operations and high standards of patient service.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff.Candidates should possess appointment scheduling and receptionist duties skills to manage bookings, patient check-in, and front-desk operations efficiently.Candidates should possess basic medical terminology knowledge to accurately relay information and support clinical coordination.Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate patient records.Candidates should possess customer service skills and a patient-focused mindset to provide empathetic, respectful support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.Candidates should possess proficiency with office software and clinic management systems; prior experience in a medical or clinical setting is an advantage.Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; further education or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
