Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Role: Patient CoordinatorIndustry: Aviation and Healthcare (Medical Transport) industryLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: AED 6,000/monthVisa: Own visa/Freelance candidatesBenefits: Medical Insurance, Annual Flight Tickets, Annual LeaveLanguage Preferences: English/ArabicExperience: 2–3 years of experience in Patient Coordination, Medical Assistance, Healthcare Operations, Hospital Administration, or Medical Tourism.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the complete operational lifecycle of patient transfer and medical assistance cases from referral to completion.Ensure timely coordination with hospitals, medical teams, transportation providers, and other stakeholders.Monitor case progress, identify operational risks, and resolve escalations promptly.Allocate cases and resources based on operational priorities and team capacity.Review operational documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy before case execution.Monitor daily operational performance and ensure timely updates are communicated to stakeholders.Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.Produce operational reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for management review.Support business continuity planning and emergency response activities.Build and maintain professional relationships with government authorities, healthcare providers, airlines, and strategic partners.Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost optimization.Requirement:2–3 years of experience in patient coordination, medical assistance, healthcare operations, hospital administration, or medical tourism.Experience coordinating medical transport, patient travel assistance, or patient services is highly preferred.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.Familiarity with healthcare regulations and medical transport procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
