This role is responsible for educating patients about clinical studies and screening procedures, ensuring they clearly understand eligibility criteria, study expectations, and consent processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient outreach, reviewing medical information against study protocols, guiding patients through questionnaires and assessments, and documenting all interactions in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. This position requires consistent interaction with patients, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering respectful, accessible, and accurate information.QualificationsExcellent communication and customer service skills to build trust, address questions, and support diverse patient populations.Direct patient experience, preferably in a clinical, healthcare, or educational setting.Ability to follow study protocols, perform accurate screenings, and maintain thorough, compliant documentation.High level of empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity when interacting with patients and families.Comfort working remotely and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (health sciences, education, psychology, or similar) preferred.Prior experience in clinical research, healthcare support, or patient advocacy is required.
