The role will act as a key liaison between patients and internal hospital teams, coordinating patient requirements, addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely resolution of service-related matters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families.Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, admissions, investigations, and related services.Handle patient inquiries, concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.Liaise with doctors, nurses, consultants, and relevant hospital departments to address patient requirements.Follow up on patient requests and ensure timely resolution.Monitor patient satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the patient experience.Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups.Assist patients and families with hospital procedures and service-related queries.Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the relevant management personnel.Support patient satisfaction surveys and prepare relevant reports.Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.PRE - REQUISITES:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in patient relations, hospital administration, healthcare coordination, customer service, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong patient-service orientation and a professional approach.Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Proficiency in English; Sinhala and/or Tamil would be an added advantage.Good computer literacy and documentation skills.
