Position: Patient Relations Officer

Location: RiyadhThe applicant must be a Saudi.Required Qualification:* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* Previous experience in customer service or healthcare is preferred.Experience:2 years of experience in patient relations or customer service or healthcare.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients professionally and provide the necessary support.* Ensure a positive and professional patient experience throughout their visit.* Receive and follow up on patient inquiries and complaints until resolved.* Coordinate with dentists nursing staff and relevant departments to meet patients’ needs.* Monitor patient satisfaction and provide feedback and recommendations to management.* Assist in resolving daily patient-related issues and escalate cases when necessary.* Ensure compliance with clinic policies procedures quality standards and patient rights.* Maintain the confidentiality and privacy of patient information.* Support smooth patient flow and help minimize delays.
