Care Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TXSchedule: Monday–Friday, full-time onsitePay: Starting at $20/hour + monthly performance bonusWe are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Care Coordinator to help members navigate their healthcare journey from initial contact through follow-up care.

This role combines patient support, care coordination, scheduling, and frequent communication with members and healthcare providers.What You’ll DoCoordinate care for members throughout their specialty healthcare journey.Serve as a dedicated point of contact, providing personalized support and guidance.Educate members on available healthcare programs, benefits, incentives, and care timelines.Assist members with provider selection and coordinate appointments with physician offices.Contact provider offices to request medical records and confirm appointments and coverage.Follow up with members and providers to ensure each step of care stays on track.Coordinate follow-up appointments and maintain consistent communication with members.Assist with travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, and transportation, when needed.Document member interactions, appointments, and care information accurately in the CRM.Manage multiple member cases simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.Handle approximately 50% inbound and 50% outbound phone communication.Provide empathetic, professional support when members are navigating stressful or emotional situations.Identify opportunities to simplify the healthcare experience and provide exceptional member service.What We’re Looking ForAssociate degree strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social services, or a related field is a plus.1–3 years of experience in healthcare, care coordination, customer service, contact center, or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent phone presence and professional communication style.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and cases in a fast-paced environment.Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.Empathetic and compassionate approach to member interactions.Ability to learn new systems, processes, and healthcare programs quickly.Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.Schedule & TrainingMonday–Friday schedule — no regular weekends!Assigned 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour lunch, between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST.Approximately 6 weeks of onsite training and ramp-up.Occasional remote evening coverage from 1:00 PM–10:00 PM, approximately 1–2 times per month with advance notice.Important: Candidates must be fully flexible to work an assigned shift within the 7:00 AM–8:00 PM window.
