Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient inquiries, and coordinating follow-up communications. The role involves tracking daily clinic operations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the smooth and efficient workflow of the clinic.QualificationsStrong appointment scheduling skills, including calendar management and coordination with clinical staff.Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills for interacting with patients and partners.Clear, patient-centered communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and follow healthcare privacy regulations.Tracking daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.Coordinate and communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and operational requirements.Oversee administrative and operational tasks to ensure the clinic functions efficiently and maintains high service standards.
