Summary:The Patient Support Administrator plays a crucial role in the Health & Safety sector by providing essential administrative support to healthcare professionals and ensuring a seamless experience for patients. Responsibilities

Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry into the system.Assist patients with inquiries and provide information regarding services and procedures.Coordinate appointments and follow-up communications with patients.Support healthcare staff with administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.Prepare reports and assist in the management of patient feedback.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Qualifications
