Manage supplier accounting and support accurate and timely payment processing.Key responsibilitiesCheck supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.Record invoices and reconcile supplier accounts and statements.Prepare payment schedules and coordinate approvals with relevant teams.Monitor outstanding balances and support month-end closing and audits.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.SOCPA certification is required.2–4 years of relevant experience in a facility management or manpower services company.Strong Excel and ERP skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
