King's College Hospital London Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Payer Relations Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join our Revenue Cycle Management team.This role is ideal for a healthcare revenue cycle professional with strong experience in payer relations, insurance and TPA management, denials management, and contract administration within the UAE healthcare sector.Key ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with insurance companies, TPAs, and key payer stakeholders.Support payer contract management, renewals, amendments, and provider enrollment processes.Coordinate and resolve claim payment issues, escalations, denials, and reimbursement concerns.Monitor payer performance and identify trends impacting revenue collection.Support revenue cycle activities including claims submission, AR follow-up, collections, and denial management.Ensure compliance with DHA, DOH, and insurance regulatory requirements.Prepare and analyze reports on denials, collections, payer performance, and revenue cycle metrics.Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce payer-related escalations.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience, including at least 2-3 years in payer relations, denials management, and insurance/TPA engagement.Experience within a hospital, healthcare provider, insurance company, or TPA environment.Strong understanding of:Payer relations and contract managementRevenue Cycle Management processesEligibility and benefits verificationClaims submission, denials, and appeals managementAccounts receivable follow-up and collectionsUAE billing, coding, pricing, and charge capture processesKnowledge of DHA/DOH insurance regulations and healthcare reimbursement policies.Experience using healthcare systems such as Cerner, Epic, TrackCare, IQVIA, MyChart, or similar platforms.Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Excel proficiency.Knowledge of Power BI and revenue cycle reporting tools is an advantage.Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.What We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong payer and insurance relationship management skills.Ability to analyze denial patterns and revenue trends.Experience managing escalations and improving payer performance.Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.A proactive approach to process improvement and operational efficiency.
