Team members join a growing logistics technology company committed to improving the trucking experience and setting new standards of service in the UAE.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Payment Collector and Partner Onboarding specialist. The role involves managing daily cash and debt collection activities, following up with partners on outstanding payments, and ensuring accurate recording of all transactions. The specialist will support new partner onboarding by guiding them through registration, verifying required documentation, and explaining payment terms and platform usage. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining up-to-date records, communicating with partners via phone, email, and in person, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also includes preparing basic reports on collections and onboarding progress, contributing to process improvements, and delivering professional service that strengthens long-term partner relationships.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong cash collection and debt collection skills, with experience in managing receivables and following structured collection processes.Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with partners from diverse backgrounds.Candidates should possess solid computer literacy skills, including proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRM or collection systems, and standard office software.Candidates should possess foundational finance skills, such as understanding invoices, payment terms, reconciliations, and basic reporting.Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include prior experience in collections or customer accounts, familiarity with logistics or transportation, strong attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
