Payment Operation Executive

Work Arrangement: Shift-based (3 shifts)About the RoleWe are looking for a Payment Operations Executive to join our growing operations team. This role mainly supports deposit and withdrawal operations, ensuring transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in payment monitoring, reconciliation, issue resolution, and daily operational support to ensure smooth fund flow across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily deposit and withdrawal transactionsMonitor payment flows and follow up on pending or abnormal casesPerform reconciliation and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate settlementSupport payment execution, fund allocation, and account monitoringPrepare operational and data reportsWork closely with internal teams to support smooth daily operationsAssist with process improvement and ad-hoc tasks when requiredRequirementsDiploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fieldsExperience in Payment Operations, Fund Operations, Banking Operations, Reconciliation, or related functions is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordDetail-oriented, responsible, and proactiveGood analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in a fast-paced and shift-based environmentAble to commit to rotating shifts (3 shifts)Proficient in Mandarin and English to support communication with stakeholders and regional counterpartsWhy Join UsAttractive shift allowanceMonthly and quarterly KPI performance bonusExposure to end-to-end deposit, withdrawal, and payment operationsOpportunity to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment
