You will play a key role in optimizing payment systems and providing exceptional client support.First Circle is changing small business banking in the Philippines. The sky is the limit for someone who wants to get stuck in and make a difference.Key Responsibilities:Manage workload for fast and reliable execution to provide a consistent time taken to disburse funds to customer accountsEnsure all data is accurately entered into the company's systems to elevate the customer experience in the disbursement processPreemptively identify errors in the information provided by the customer to allow them to re-submit accurate information and/or documents for their loan for a more seamless processLiaise with customers for confirmation of cheque pick-up and receiving physical chequesManages and maintains records of returned cheques from partner banks. Navigate cheque dashboard for necessary cheque actionsAssist team in leading new operational process design such as building new policies and platform improvementsRequirements0-1 year of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
