We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Payment Solutions & Cash Management to lead strategic initiatives across payments and cash management. The ideal candidate will have strong Saudi banking/payments experience, hands-on product expertise, and a proven track record of delivering initiatives end-to-end from ideation through launch and post-implementation.RequirementsPayments & Product ExpertiseStrong hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas, with a good understanding of the others:Corporate Cash Management & LiquidityPayments & Payment RailsCollections, POS & E-commerce AcquiringCards & Digital WalletsSaudi Market Experience - MandatoryExperience working in a Saudi bank, licensed PSP, or payments companyStrong knowledge and practical experience with SAMA regulations and approval processesExperience with Saudi payment infrastructure, including:SARIE & Saudi Paymentsmada & SADADZATCA (Fatoora)Mudad & NafathOpen BankingIndustry Knowledge & ToolsStrong understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, APIs, and payment integrationsKnowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, PCI DSS, and data privacyStrong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modellingStrong PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare executive-level presentationsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to effectively engage with senior executives, regulators, vendors, and cross-functional teamsStrong leadership and collaboration skillsAbility to mentor and develop team membersResults-oriented with a strong ability to drive initiatives through to successful delivery
