The role focuses on payment processing operations, card issuing and acquiring, transaction monitoring, system support, troubleshooting, and integration with payment networks and third-party systems to ensure secure, reliable, and high-availability payment services.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and support the Way4 payment platformMonitor daily payment processing operations and system performanceTroubleshoot and resolve transaction, application, and integration issuesSupport card issuing, acquiring, merchant, and payment product configurationsManage integrations with Visa, Mastercard, payment gateways, and external systemsPerform incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolutionSupport system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and releasesEnsure compliance with PCI-DSS, security policies, and regulatory requirementsPrepare and maintain operational and technical documentationCollaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to implement new payment servicesMust-Have SkillsPayment Domain ExpertiseHands-on experience with the Way4 Payment PlatformStrong understanding of electronic payments, card issuing, and card acquiringKnowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and other payment schemesUnderstanding of payment transaction lifecycle, settlement, and reconciliation processesTechnical SkillsStrong SQL and database query skillsExperience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar databasesKnowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP)Experience with payment gateway connectivityFamiliarity with Linux/Unix environmentsExperience in application support, transaction analysis, and troubleshootingKnowledge of system monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysisGood-to-Have SkillsExperience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment Service Provider (PSP) environmentsKnowledge of PCI-DSS and payment security standardsUnderstanding of ISO 8583 messaging standardsExperience with digital wallets and mobile payment solutionsExperience supporting high-volume transaction processing systemsKnowledge of ATM, POS, E-Commerce, and Real-Time Payment systemsUnderstanding of EMV card processing standardsEducationBachelor's Degree in software engineeringPreferredMaster's Degree in a relevant fieldBanking, Payments, or FinTech-related certificationsExperience Required3 to 5 years of experience in Payment Systems, Banking Technology, FinTech, or Application Support environmentsProven hands-on experience with the Way4 Payment PlatformExperience supporting mission-critical payment processing and production environments
