Payments and Bank Transfers Accountant

Job Overview:The role primarily focuses on processing supplier payments and bank transfers, reconciling transactions against approved payment requests, monitoring transfer status, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all transactions.Key Responsibilities:Process supplier payments and bank transfers.Review payment requests and ensure all required supporting documents and approvals are complete.Reconcile bank transfers against approved payment requests.Monitor transfer status and follow up on rejected or pending transactions.Update payment details and transaction status in the CRM system.Prepare periodic reports on completed payments and bank transfers.Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers when required.Requirements:Diploma in Accounting or Finance.2–4 years of experience in payments, accounts payable, supplier payments, or bank transfers.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.Strong attention to detail, reconciliation, and follow-up skills.Ability to organize tasks and manage a high volume of transactions.Location: JeddahSalary: SAR 6,500–7,500, depending on experience.
