قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجThe ideal candidate is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in preparing financial reports. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in financial processes.Responsibilities:Accurately record sales transactions, bills, payments, taxes and payroll entries (salaries and health insurance) across all operating countries.Prepare daily journal entries and update financial statements and sustaining accounts.Issue invoices according to instructions and company policies.Maintain proper documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.Support collections activities as directed.Review invoices and payment entries to ensure accuracy.Prepare bank reconciliation statements for different countries and currencies.Review credit card and other financial transactions for accurate recording.Support senior accountants and the Accounting Manager in reconciliations and financial reporting.Assist in preparing Excel-based reports, including data collection and analysis.Provide support or insights as required by senior accountants or management.Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth accounting operations.Contribute to process improvement initiatives as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned to support the department and organization.Qualifications:1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting.2. 1–3 years of accounting experience.3. Knowledge of QuickBooks or Zoho Books.4. Very good command of English.5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.6. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.9. Effective communication skills.10. Ability to collaborate and work in a team.11. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
