Payroll Accountant (Emirati)📍 Location: Abu Dhabi👤 Nationality: Emirati💼 Experience: 3+ YearsAn exciting opportunity is available with a leading strategic government-backed organization that plays a key role in supporting the industrial and defense ecosystem.We are looking for a Payroll Accountant who has hands-on experience in payroll accounting, financial reconciliations, and ERP systems to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries.• Perform payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.• Process employee benefits, leave encashments, and end-of-service settlements.• Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation.• Collaborate with HR on employee data and compensation accuracy.• Drive continuous improvements in payroll processes and controls.Requirements:✔ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.✔ 3+ years of payroll accounting experience.✔ Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.✔ Experience with Oracle ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel.✔ Good understanding of labor laws and payroll compliance.
