Payroll Accountant (Multi-Company & High-Volume)

We are looking for an accounting professional who can support complex payroll and finance operations, with a focus on high-volume outsourced personnel payroll, multi-company accounting, and intercompany transactions. This is an opportunity to contribute to financial accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple business entities.This role is suited to someone who can bring structure and accuracy to end-to-end financial operations while supporting payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting across a multi-entity environment. You will play an important part in maintaining reliable financial processes and helping the business operate effectively across its accounting structure.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for high-volume employee groups (1000+ employees)Ensure timely salary disbursement in compliance with UAE regulations and WPSHandle payroll reconciliation and reportingMaintain accurate payroll records across multiple entitiesManage accounting operations for multiple companies/entitiesPrepare consolidated and standalone financial statementsEnsure accurate inter-company allocations and reconciliationsRecord and reconcile intercompany balances and transactionsEnsure proper documentation and compliance between entitiesMaintain accuracy in cost allocation and transfersOversee client invoicing and vendor billing processesEnsure accuracy in accounts payable and receivableMonitor outstanding payments and follow up on collectionsPrepare invoices in compliance with VAT regulationsSupport audits and provide required financial documentationRequirementsExperience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or manpower supply companiesExperience processing payroll for 1000+ employeesExperience handling both payroll processing and client invoicing within the same roleBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multi-company accounting environmentsKnowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulationsHands-on experience with bank reconciliation and intercompany accountingProficiency with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systemsExperience working with payroll teams, finance leadership, auditors, and client contactsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsArabic language skills are a plus
