We are looking for an experienced Payroll Architect / Payroll Expert with strong expertise across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR to support HR transformation and payroll solutions.Employment Type: Full-timeLocation: Al Khobar, Saudi ArabiaJob Description: Payroll Expert with Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.Key Responsibilities:Design and architect payroll solutions aligned with business and HR requirements.Provide functional expertise across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.Analyze payroll processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.Work closely with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.Support payroll integrations, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant Saudi Arabia regulations and statutory requirements.Key Requirements:Strong experience in Payroll Architecture / Payroll Consulting.Hands-on expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.Experience with HRIS/ERP payroll solutions and integrations.Strong understanding of payroll processes and Saudi payroll requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work onsite Qualifications: Payroll Expert with Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR
