Key Responsibilities:Payroll AdministrationProcess monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.Verify attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave records, and payroll inputs.Calculate salaries, deductions, allowances, incentives, and end-of-service benefits.Coordinate payroll-related activities with Finance and banking partners.Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation statements.Ensure compliance with country's labor laws and company policies.Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.HR OperationsMaintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and inductions.Assist with employment contracts, letters, salary certificates, and HR correspondence.Track employee leave, attendance, probation confirmations, and renewals.Coordinate visa, labor card, and Emirates ID documentation with PRO teams where applicable.Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.Compliance & ReportingEnsure HR documentation complies with UAE labor regulations and internal policies.Generate periodic HR and payroll reports for management.Maintain confidentiality of employee information and payroll data.Support audits and internal compliance reviews.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience handling large workforce payrolls, including blue-collar and site-based employees, is preferred.Proficiency in Advance MS Excel
