Payroll Manager

We are supporting a well-established international consumer brand with the appointment of a Payroll Manager to oversee its multi-country payroll operations across the MEAI region.The successful candidate will manage accurate, timely and compliant end-to-end payroll across the UAE, Qatar, India and South Africa, while supporting the company’s planned expansion into Saudi Arabia.Key responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countriesEnsuring compliance with local labour, tax and statutory requirementsOverseeing payroll inputs, validations, reconciliations and approvalsManaging external payroll providers and monitoring agreed service levelsLeading payroll audits, controls, governance and year-end reportingDriving process improvement, automation and regional standardisationSupporting merit, bonus, incentive and commission calculationsLeading the regional integration of Workday with payroll vendorsThe ideal candidate will have:At least 5–7 years of payroll experienceProven responsibility for multi-country or regional payroll operationsStrong knowledge of payroll compliance across relevant MEAI marketsExperience managing outsourced payroll providersStrong analytical, reconciliation and stakeholder-management skillsExperience with Workday and ADP Celergo is highly preferredA bachelor’s degreeThis is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a complex regional payroll function within an expanding international organisation.DUE TO THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED, ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
