Own end-to-end payroll, accounting, governance, financial control, and statutory compliance for the Group's international workforce across MENA, Africa, Europe, APAC, and the Americas, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll delivery — whether processed directly or through in-country partners — backed by robust bank reconciliation, GL integrity, and audit-ready documentation at all times.Key Responsibilities:1. Payroll Processing & Governance:Oversee end-to-end payroll cycles across all regions, whether processed in-house or through in-country payroll providers,2. Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Filings:Ensure timely statutory filings, tax withholding, and social contribution remittances across every region.3. Accounting, Bookkeeping & GL:Prepare and review payroll journal entries, accruals, and provisions, payroll cost allocation reconcile the payroll subledger fully to the GL. Statutory Audit Support4. Banking & Treasury Coordination:Manage payroll funding and disbursements.
