Payroll Manager

Payroll ManagerExperience: 6–8+ years in payroll management, preferably in UAE.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete payroll cycle from attendance, leave and overtime validation to salary processing and final payroll reconciliation.Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll, including payroll setup, processing, adjustments and reporting.Ensure accurate payroll calculations, deductions, benefits, end-of-service and final settlements.Reconcile payroll with Finance/GL and resolve discrepancies before salary release.Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and WPS requirements.Coordinate with HR, Finance and employees on payroll-related queries and audits.Requirements:Strong Oracle Fusion Payroll expertise.Excellent knowledge of payroll accounting and reconciliations.UAE payroll and WPS experience.Strong analytical and Excel skills.Very good communication with No MTI
