EXCELLENCE.We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and ensure employees are paid accurately, securely and on time.This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who can combine strong payroll expertise, compliance knowledge, process improvement and team leadership within a dynamic Dubai business environment. 🚀🔹 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES✅ Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle from input validation through final processing✅ Ensure accurate and timely salary payments for all employees✅ Review payroll data including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, bonuses and leave✅ Manage payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies✅ Ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations and WPS requirements✅ Coordinate with HR, Finance, banks and external payroll providers✅ Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records✅ Prepare payroll reports, cost analysis and management dashboards✅ Monitor payroll controls and identify potential risks or errors✅ Support employee queries relating to salary, deductions and payroll matters✅ Manage payroll audits and provide required documentation✅ Lead, mentor and develop payroll / HR operations team members✅ Drive payroll process improvements, automation and operational efficiency🔹 QUALIFICATIONS🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR or a related discipline💼 6+ years of payroll experience, including management or supervisory experience🇦🇪 Strong understanding of UAE payroll practices and WPS📊 Excellent knowledge of payroll calculations, reconciliations and reporting💻 Experience with HRIS, payroll platforms and ERP systems🔍 Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy🔐 Strong understanding of data confidentiality and payroll controls🧠 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills🤝 Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities🌍 UAE / GCC payroll experience is highly preferred🏆 Payroll, HR or accounting certification is an advantage🔹 WHY JOIN US?✨ Senior payroll leadership opportunity in Dubai💼 Manage a critical function within a growing organization🇦🇪 Gain valuable exposure to the UAE business environment📈 Opportunity to improve payroll processes and systems🤝 Work closely with HR, Finance and senior l
