Payroll Officer

YOUR ROLETo support the Payroll Specialist in the day-to-day payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?· Assist in preparing monthly payroll and compensation files.· Update and maintain employee payroll information.· Assist with checking salary changes, allowances, deductions, and other payroll inputs.· Assist in reviewing payroll reports and identifying discrepancies.· Liaise with the payroll vendor on basic payroll queries and follow up on outstanding matters.· Assist with employee payroll-related queries.· Prepare payroll reports and supporting documents.· Assist with payroll reconciliation and data checking.· Support the Payroll Specialist in following up on payroll open items with Finance.· Assist with MOM surveys and other payroll-related reporting.· Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.· Provide general payroll administration support to the Payroll Specialist.· Perform other payroll-related duties as assigned.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Essential· Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.· Previous payroll or HR administration experience is preferred.· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.· Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.· Good communication and follow-up skills.· Able to handle confidential information.· Willing to learn and develop knowledge in payroll.WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
