With a growing workforce and expanding operations, we are committed to building efficient and reliable HR operations supported by strong systems, accurate payroll processes, and high standards of compliance.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Section Head to lead and oversee payroll operations across Reef Group.The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll data, reviewing payroll transactions, ensuring compliance, and improving payroll processes.The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with both Kayan HR System and Oracle ERP.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the end-to-end monthly payroll process.Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, incentives, and other payroll transactions.Review payroll calculations and reconciliations prior to final approval.Maintain and update payroll and employee data in Kayan HR System and Oracle ERP.Review payroll-impacting employee transactions, including new hires, promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, leaves, and terminations.Manage final settlements and employee payroll-related payments.Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and system-related issues.Coordinate with Human Resources, Finance, and other relevant departments.Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies, approved compensation structures, and applicable regulations.Prepare payroll reports, analyses, reconciliations, and management dashboards.Support payroll audits and provide required records and supporting documentation.Identify opportunities to automate and improve payroll processes through Kayan and Oracle.Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation and payroll data.Lead, guide, and monitor the payroll team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant payroll experience, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Hands-on experience with Kayan HR System is required.Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is required.Experience managing end-to-end payroll operations is required.Experience in retail, multi-branch, or large workforce environments is highly preferred.Skills & Competencies:End-to-end payroll managementKayan HR SystemOracle ERPPayroll reconciliation and auditingPayroll data analysis and reportingAdvanced Excel skillsStrong numerical and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and confidentialityTeam leadershipStrong stakeholder managementGood knowledge of Saudi payroll and HR practicesExcellent Arabic and good English proficiencyWhy Join Reef Holding?As a Payroll Section Head, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of payroll operations across a rapidly growing organization.
