Joining the team means becoming part of a stable, growth-oriented organization with deep roots in the region.Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Full-time, On-site)Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salaries, allowances, and deductions in full compliance with company policy and local labor regulations.Key Responsibilities Process the full payroll cycle accurately and on schedule, maintain employee payroll records, and update changes related to new hires, promotions, leaves, and terminations. Manage statutory obligations including social insurance (GOSI) contributions and other mandated payments, as well as garnishments and court-ordered deductions. Reconcile payroll data with HR and Finance, prepare payroll reports for management, support internal and external audits, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing, with solid knowledge of payroll taxes, GOSI, and other statutory requirements. Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting, along with strong Excel skills. A working understanding of basic accounting principles as they apply to payroll and general ledger entries. High attention to detail, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive employee and financial data. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Officer, ideally within real estate, construction, or large corporate environments.Skills Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus for engaging with local stakeholders.
