قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob PurposeResponsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of monthly payroll across the organization, ensuring adherence to Saudi Labor Law, WPS regulations, and internal policies.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end monthly payroll for all employees, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and salary changesEnsure accurate calculation of basic salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, and end-of-service benefits (ESB)Prepare and submit WPS (Wage Protection System) files in compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) requirementsManage GOSI registration, contributions, and reconciliation for Saudi and non-Saudi employeesReconcile payroll data monthly against HR/ERP records and resolve discrepanciesProcess leave settlements, final settlements, and exit payroll calculationsRespond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues within agreed SLAsMaintain payroll records in compliance with PDPL and internal data retention policiesSupport internal and external payroll audits by providing accurate documentationCoordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement, journal entries, and cost center allocationGenerate payroll reports (headcount cost, overtime, variance reports) for management reviewStay updated on changes to Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat/Saudization requirements, and GOSI regulations affecting payrollQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field2–4 years of payroll experience, preferably within a multi-entity or holding group structure in Saudi ArabiaStrong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, WPS, and Qiwa/Mudad platformsExperience with HRIS/ERP payroll modules (Oracle, SAP, or similar)Advanced Excel skills; experience with payroll reconciliation and reporting
