Team members work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with exposure to varied product lines and project types.Role Description The Payroll Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements in line with company policies and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining payroll records, calculating earnings, deductions, and benefits, and coordinating with HR and Finance on employee changes and approvals. The Payroll Specialist manages garnishments, oversees payroll tax calculations and filings, and works with payroll service providers where applicable. The role also involves responding to employee payroll inquiries, reconciling payroll reports, supporting audits, and contributing to process improvement and compliance initiatives.Qualifications Strong skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration for accurate, timely compensation management.Experience managing Payroll Taxes and coordinating with Payroll Services or external providers.Knowledge of handling Garnishments and other statutory deductions in compliance with local labor and tax laws.Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office (especially Excel) with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Understanding of UAE labor regulations, WPS, and HR/payroll best practices is highly beneficial.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and operations teams on-site.Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and prior experience in payroll or accounting.
