Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaTraining Type: Full-Time – Tamheer ProgramAbout the OpportunityReef Group is offering a Tamheer training opportunity for a Payroll Specialist within the Human Capital Department in Riyadh.The opportunity is designed for recent graduates with a Finance-related academic background who are interested in developing practical experience in payroll processing, employee compensation, financial reconciliation, payroll reporting, and related HR financial activities.The trainee will work closely with the Payroll and Human Capital teams and gain hands-on exposure to payroll operations within a large and fast-growing organization.Required QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, Banking & Finance, or a closely related financial discipline.Recent graduate with a strong interest in Payroll and Human Capital operations.Good numerical and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Willingness to learn and develop within payroll and HR operations.Tamheer Eligibility RequirementsApplicants must meet the current eligibility requirements of the Human Resources Development Fund – Tamheer Program, including:Saudi nationality.Registered with the Human Resources Development Fund.Holding an eligible diploma or bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.Previous work experience in the public or private sector must not exceed one year.Age must not exceed 30 years.Must not currently be employed in either the public or private sector.Must have remaining eligibility/training balance under the Tamheer program and must not have been excluded from the program.The academic qualification and specialization must be relevant to the training opportunity.Why Join Us?This opportunity provides recent finance graduates with practical experience in payroll operations, financial reconciliation, employee compensation, and HR systems within Reef Group.You will gain hands-on exposure to real payroll processes and build a strong foundation for a future career in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or Human Capital Operations.
