About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, GOSI, payroll systems, and employee compensation, with the ability to lead payroll activities and coordinate effectively with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the end-to-end monthly payroll process and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.Review and validate payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, bonuses, and other employee adjustments.Ensure payroll calculations and practices comply with Saudi labor laws, GOSI requirements, and company policies.Manage employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries.Monitor and process employee final settlements, including leave balances, end-of-service benefits, and other applicable entitlements.Ensure timely processing of GOSI-related transactions and other statutory requirements.Support payroll audits and provide required documentation and reports.Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and efficiency.Supervise and guide payroll team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and payroll information.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of relevant payroll experience, preferably with supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of Saudi payroll regulations, GOSI, labor law, and employee benefits.Previous hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics ERP is required.Strong Excel skills and ability to work with payroll data and reports.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience within Facility Management, Contracting, Construction, or a large workforce environment is preferred.
