Payroll System Analyst

Multi billion dollar organization targeting an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst to join the growing taem!Onsite West LaSalary: $80,000–$90,000 + bonusExcellent upward mobility within positive company culture!Targeting a Payroll Systems Analyst to support payroll systems, automation, reporting, documentation, and system-related projects. This role will partner closely with Payroll, HR, HRIS, IT, Finance, and external vendors.Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, workflows, and training materials for payroll systems• Provide system support, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user training• Manage payroll system implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and change controls• Coordinate cross-functional projects, timelines, testing, and vendor relationships• Identify opportunities to automate payroll processes and improve accuracy and efficiency• Create and maintain Excel models, Smartsheet dashboards, and payroll reports• Prepare recurring payroll reports for management and support HR and Payroll teams with system and process questions• Assist with process improvements, audits, and special projectsQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience• 2–3 years of payroll systems or systems analyst experience• Experience with payroll system configuration, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting• Strong project management, documentation, analytical, and communication skills• Working knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and accounting principles• Advanced Excel skills; Smartsheet experience preferred• Experience with ADP Vantage HCM, ADP WFN, ADP Vista, or ADP iHCM strongly preferred• Alteryx experience is a plus• FPC or CPP certification preferredBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance, employer-funded HSA, wellness benefits, 401(k) match, and additional company benefits.
