This environment offers team members exposure to the latest gaming hardware, accessories, and geek culture products, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused retail and distribution setting.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PC Builder role based in Riyadh. The PC Builder will assemble custom gaming and performance PCs, including selecting compatible components, installing hardware, and managing cable routing to ensure clean, efficient builds. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring operating systems and drivers, performing stress tests and quality checks, and troubleshooting hardware or performance issues before delivery to customers. The role involves working directly with sales and customer service teams to understand build requirements, provide technical input on component choices, and support after-sales upgrades or repairs. The PC Builder will also maintain a clean and organized workbench, follow safety and ESD guidelines, update build logs, and stay current on new PC hardware trends, gaming technologies, and product lines carried by Geekay Group.Qualifications Strong hardware assembly skills, including experience with PC component selection, installation of CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage, cooling solutions, and cable management.Proficiency in operating system installation and configuration, basic BIOS/UEFI setup, and driver installation for gaming and productivity builds.Solid troubleshooting abilities for hardware and performance issues, including diagnostics, stability testing, and repair or replacement of faulty components.Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to translate user needs into practical build specifications, explain technical concepts clearly, and support after-sales service.Attention to detail and quality, ensuring neat, safe, and reliable builds that meet internal standards and brand expectations.Familiarity with current PC gaming trends, major hardware brands, and performance requirements for popular games and applications.Ability to work on-site in a retail or workshop environment, manage multiple builds, and collaborate effectively with sales and technical colleagues.Previous experience in PC building, IT
