Job Title: PCB OperatorExperience: Minimum 3 years in PCB AssemblyEducation: High School Diploma or equivalentJob DescriptionThe PCB Operator is responsible for assembling electronic components on PCBs, soldering, visual inspection, and operating SMT and THP production equipment.

The role involves operating solder paste printing, SPI, Pick & Place, reflow, automatic inspection, washing, conformal coating, and functional testing equipment.Key RequirementsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in PCB Assembly.Experience with SMT/THP, Pick & Place, Reflow, SPI, solder paste printing, and PCB testing.Knowledge of electronic components, SMD land patterns, solder paste, and reflow processes.Experience using soldering stations and hand tools.Knowledge of ESD precautions and safety standards.Ability to read blueprints, job specifications, and PCB loading lists.Good attention to detail and ability to identify component defects.PCB Assembly Operator certification is an advantage.
