You will have the opportunity to reinforce foundational quality principals, as we develop innovative manufacturing and inspection processes to build high quality semiconductor, defense, and data infrastructure products.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain effective quality control processesLead and mentor quality personnelPerform statistical analysisOversee product recalls and TRB dispositionPrepare and distribute the monthly Quality ReportAct as customer liaison in matters of quality policy, expediently responding to any complaints or inquiriesChair TRB and CA/PA systemCoordinate the Corrective/Preventive Action ProgramOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Managerial experience requiredTechnical degree, or equivalent experienceIn-depth understanding of Quality Management systemsOutstanding communication skillsExcellent analytical abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsA keen eye for detail and a results-driven approachPCB Manufacturing experience a plus but not requiredADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Organized and excellent at time management.Able to work in a fast-pace and high-pressure environment.Must be a US Person as defined by ITAR; US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.OTHER:Relocation assistance negotiableSALARY RANGE: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year DOEWestak is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce.Due to ITAR regulations, this position is only open to US Persons.
