Faculty members will design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions aligned with program outcomes and industry needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, evaluating student performance, mentoring learners, and providing academic guidance. Faculty will contribute to curriculum development, participate in departmental and institutional meetings, and engage in collaborative activities across disciplines. In addition, they are expected to conduct research, publish scholarly work, pursue industry linkages, and support institutional initiatives such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and outreach programs.Qualifications Strong teaching and instructional skills, including course planning, classroom delivery, student assessment, and mentoring.Demonstrated research aptitude, with the ability to design studies, analyze data, publish in academic or professional outlets, and participate in research projects.Relevant academic qualifications in the discipline (e.g., Master’s or Doctoral degree in Management, Engineering, IT, Journalism, Medical Lab Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Hospitality Management, Airlines, or related fields).Industry or professional experience in the candidate’s domain, with practical exposure to contemporary tools, technologies, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, global campus environment.Competence in curriculum development, academic administration, and use of educational technology and learning management systems.Commitment to student-centered learning, ethical academic practices, continuous professional development, and contribution to institutional growth.
