WE ARE HIRING | PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT & ENGLISH COMMUNICATION TRAINERAccurate Institute of Management and Technology| Greater NoidaWe are looking for a dynamic, confident and experienced Personality Development & English Communication Trainer who can take ownership of the overall personality, communication and professional development of students.The ideal candidate should have excellent command of English, strong presentation skills and the ability to work with students at different levels of language proficiency and confidence.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES•⁠ ⁠Conduct regular Personality Development, Soft Skills and Communication Skills training sessions for PGDM students•⁠ ⁠Teach Basic English / Functional English to students requiring improvement in language proficiency•⁠ ⁠Develop students' spoken English, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation and sentence construction•⁠ ⁠Conduct sessions on Public Speaking, Group Discussions, Presentation Skills and Interview Skills•⁠ ⁠Improve students' confidence, interpersonal skills and professional communication•⁠ ⁠Train students in body language, professional etiquette, grooming and workplace behaviour•⁠ ⁠Conduct mock interviews, role plays, group discussions and communication activities•⁠ ⁠Prepare students for placements, internships, interviews and corporate environments•⁠ ⁠Mentor students individually and identify areas requiring improvement•⁠ ⁠Develop training modules, presentations, activities and assessment tools for student development•⁠ ⁠Track student progress and provide constructive feedback•⁠ ⁠Conduct workshops on leadership, teamwork, confidence building, time management and professional attitude•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with faculty and the placement team to improve overall student employabilityQUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCEEssential:•⁠ ⁠Master's degree in English / Communication / Management / Psychology / Education / related discipline, as applicable•⁠ ⁠Relevant experience in Personality Development, English Language Training, Soft Skills Training or Student Development•⁠ ⁠Excellent spoken and written English•⁠ ⁠Strong presentation, facilitation and interpersonal skills•⁠ ⁠Ability to train students from different academic and language backgroundsPreferred:•⁠ ⁠Prior experience as a Personality Development Trainer / English Trainer / Soft Skills Trainer / Communication Trainer will be preferred•              Experience in a college or university•              Experience in placement and interview preparation•              Corporate training or industry exposure•              Experience conducting GD, PI, aptitude-readiness and employability programmes•              Strong ability to engage and motivate young studentsHOW TO APPLYInterested candidates may share their updated CV at: careers@accurate.inOrApply directly via LinkedInCall us at : 8796333017 for more details
