Who You AreYou have worked directly as an Executive Assistant — not in a general admin role, but specifically supporting a Manager, VP, Director, or C-suite executive on a day-to-day basis. You know what it means to own someone's calendar, protect their time, anticipate their needs before they ask, and represent them professionally in every interaction. You are discreet, proactive, and organized by nature — not by instruction. You have done this for U.S.-based professionals and understand the pace, the expectations, and the communication standard that comes with it.What You'll Be DoingOwn and manage the executive's calendar across multiple time zones — no conflicts, no missed commitmentsTriage inbox — flag priorities, draft responses, and ensure nothing goes unansweredPrepare pre-meeting briefs, agendas, and supporting materials before every callCapture action items from meetings and route follow-ups without the executive needing to chase themCoordinate domestic and international travel — flights, accommodations, ground transport, and contingenciesHandle sensitive information with complete discretion at all timesCommunicate professionally with senior stakeholders and external partners on behalf of the executiveMaintain organized documentation, SOPs, and internal recordsRequirements3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Manager, VP, Director, or C-suite executive directly — required and must be documented on your resumeThis position is on-site at our office in San Isidro, Lima — candidates must be able to commute dailyBPO or U.S.-client facing experience — requiredStrong spoken and written English — C1 requiredProficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with CRM platforms or project management tools is a plusYour last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening processBachelor's degree or relevant experience preferredBenefitsStarting salary range: S/ 2,200 - S/ 2,500 per month, based on experienceImmediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General)100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulationsPrivate health insurance — Rímac EPS coverage from the startLong-term placement with a single dedicated U.S. clientFixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shiftsIMPORTANT: When applying, please upload your resume in English.
